As you know this weekend is the state campout. We hope to see many of you joining us for a great social event. We will be camping on Friday night and Saturday and of course going to camp new hope to clean on saturday during the day. The Camp grounds are very near camp new hope. If you need directions please contact President Tanya. Also we need to know who is coming to camp and how many tents you will have or if you have a camper trailer. The cost is $12.00 per tent or $18.00 per camper. If you have not already paid please bring cash for this cost per night you will be camping.

If you plan on taking part in the meals the menu is Burgers and Brats Friday night and Ribs, Twice Baked Potatoes, Beans, and anything you want to bring to share. Breakfast Sunday is eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy. All three meals will cost you $30.00 per adult.

We need to know ASAP if you are planning to eat so we can make sure there is enough food. Please again advise President Tanya so she can go shopping. After 5pm tomorrow if you want food you will need to call President Tanya at 217-413-0990 as she will be shopping late Thursday night. Drinks are of course BYOB and feel free to bring side dishes, deserts or snacks to share. There will be Children at this event so bring the kids along and have a great family weekend.
