It is with pleasure and enthusiasm that I serve you as the 90th State President of the Illinois Jaycees.

This year, the 2021 State Team and I will be working diligently to inspire members by restoring the image of what it means to be an Illinois Jaycee.

 

I believe every person offers a unique skill, experience, and diverse perspective. We will use this prospective to grow and strengthen our impact, our organization, and our community and leverage the true power of young active citizenship.

What makes the Illinois Jaycees unique is that we offer members the opportunity for individual growth while making an impact on your community. This has been our mission for over 100 years and is as relevant today as it was when the United States Junior Chamber was formed.

In 2020, we learned that we cannot live for tomorrow or worry about yesterday. Someday is too far and the future is never guaranteed. We must not let the past frustration or challenges control our potential actions and impact.
