HOBY- The mission of HOBY is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. HOBY accomplishes this mission in the following ways:

Providing interactive opportunities for critical thinking. 

Developing leadership knowledge and competence 

Encouraging social responsibility among the individuals and corporations.

HOBY develops future leaders to have the passion and intellectual curiosity to address the critical issues facing our society.
