The Highland Jaycees provide young people ages 18–40 with opportunities to create positive change in their community through volunteerism, community service, fundraising, and leadership development. Dedicated to strengthening Highland and bringing people together, members work to make a meaningful difference while building friendships, developing valuable skills, and growing as leaders. The Highland Jaycees are well known for hosting Schweizerfest, Highland’s annual homecoming festival, which celebrates the community’s heritage and brings residents together for food, entertainment, carnival rides, and parades. Through community events, youth activities, and service projects, the Highland Jaycees are committed to giving back and making a lasting impact. Whether you're looking to meet new people, expand your network, develop leadership skills, or make a difference, the Highland Jaycees offer a fun and rewarding way to get involved!
