What is LOTs Training
LOTS or Local Officer Training ensures that each chapter’s officers start their year fully prepared to lead successfully and consistently with Jaycee policy and mission.
It helps leaders:

Understand their roles and responsibilities.

Learn how the organization operates at local, regional, state, and national levels.

Build skills in leadership, management, communication, and programming.

Connect with other Jaycee leaders for collaboration and support.
