General Assembly is one of the premier Jaycee events of the year—bringing together leadership development, friendly competition, and connection.
Attend dynamic trainings, participate in the Speak-Up competition, and engage with fellow members from across the state. Whether you join us for the full weekend or just a portion, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and get involved.
Come for a session or stay for it all—we’re excited to have you be part of it.

What are General Assemblies
The Spring GA and TOYP is an opportunity for young leaders from all around Illinois to come together, network, and learn from each other as well as the inspiring TOYP award recipients. It's a place where participants can gain new leadership and life skills, share their experiences, and build new connections that will help them make an even greater impact in their communities.
