During this competition, the large group will be randomly split up into smaller groups (preferably 4 people per team).  The groups will have 15 minutes to exchange ideas and come up with an ID/Community project to pitch to the Judges.  A PMG template will be provided for outlining purposes.   Once the time allotted for the planning is completed, the group will have 2-5 minutes to present the idea to the Judges.  After everyone has presented, a winner will be selected.

The winning team members will go back to their chapters to implement the proposed idea.  The winning team members must complete an initial PMG (with details) to receive the funding from the Illinois Jaycees Charitable Foundation.  The funding will be split evenly among the winning team members with a maximum of $250 for startup for the project.
