Jumpstart is designed to:

• “Jumpstart” the next Jaycee year — setting the tone, goals, and energy.

• Introduce the incoming State President’s theme and priorities.

• Train and orient incoming officers before they officially take office January 1.

• Build team spirit and collaboration across the state.

• Review major state events, programs, and deadlines.
