We have arranged for special pricing $119 plus tax at the Holiday Inn in Normal.  Special hotel package for those booking within the IL Jaycee Block includes free parking. The hotel offers either a king or two queen beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, Keurig coffee maker indoor pool and 24-hour access to the fitness center

The block will close on Tuesday, January 3rd.  Free cancellation no later than 48 hours in advance prior to arrival date.

2022 Year End GA Outside Food or Alcohol Policy:

 

We have worked with the hotel to allow outside food & drinks in the Hospitality Room only.

Due to local laws and hotel policy, we cannot have anyone drinking outside alcohol in any area other than the hospitality room or individual guest rooms. This includes tumblers. The hotel has indicated to us that anyone who violates this policy and brings any outside alcohol into the banquet room or public space in the hotel could be subject to a $500 fine. This fine, if charged, would be the responsibility of the person violating this policy.

There will be a cash bar that is available on Saturday night for the Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Awards, and trivia/DJ after the event in the banquet room. Those that want to bring their own alcohol should do so in the Hospitality Room or individual hotel room.

Year-End GA Hotel List

With many other events happening in Bloomington Normal, unfortunately our hotel is fully booked.  We are working with the hotel to hopefully have some rooms open up after January 23rd. When booking other accommodations please select a refundable option and complete the form below so we can let you know if a room becomes available.  We understand this is not our norm and we assure you that we have already secured more rooms for our May GA. Here are a couple of different options in the Bloomington Normal area and the travel time to the Holiday Inn:

Super 8 by Wyndham Normal Bloomington- 3 min walk (Affordable and closest to the hotel)
 

Rodeway Inn Bloomington-Normal- 3 mins walk (Affordable and closest to the hotel)
 

The Chateau- 10 min drive (We suggest the Premium Rooms, “They are updated and awesome” President Eric)
 

Hampton Inn & suites Bloomington- Normal- 11min drive (2 night minimum)
